ORDER REVOKING DELEGATION OF POWERS AND DUTIES UNDER BREAD (REGULATION OF PRICES) ACT, 1936.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, having obtained the consent of the Government, do by this Order, made in exercise of the powers conferred by the Emergency Powers Acts, 1936 to 1942, revoke, as on and from the 1st day of August, 1945, the Order (S. R. & O. No. 239 of 1940), made the 8th day of January 1940, delegating to the Minister for Supplies all powers and duties conferred or imposed on the Minister for Industry and Commerce by the Bread (Regulation of Prices) Act, 1936 (No. 29 of 1936).
