SEEDS (REGULATION OF IMPORT) (AMENDMENT) ORDER. 1943.

The Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 2 of the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Import) Act, 1938 (No. 14 of 1938), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby, after consultation with the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Industry and Commerce, orders as follows :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Seeds (Regulation of Import) (Amendment) Order, 1943.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 20th day of May, 1943.

2.—The Schedule to the Seeds (Regulation of Import) Order, 1942 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 347 of 1942). is hereby amended by the insertion therein of the following :—

" Seeds of cabbage (including Savoy cabbage) ".
