INSURANCE (INTERMITTENT UNEMPLOYMENT) (POWERS IN RELATION TO SUPPLEMENTARY INSURANCE STAMPS) ORDER, 1943.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sub-section (1) of section 26 of the Insurance (Intermittent Unemployment) Act, 1942 (No. 7 of 1942), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Insurance (Intermittent Unemployment) (Powers in relation to Supplementary Insurance) Order, 1943.

2. All powers and duties of the Revenue Commissioners with reference to supplementary insurance stamps, save those or preparing such stamps, shall be exercised and performed by the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs to the exclusion of the Revenue Commissioners.
