Amendment of section 1 of the Act of 1927. |
3.— Section 1 of the Act of 1927 is hereby amended by the insertion in sub-section (1) after the word “licence” in each of the definitions of the expressions “licensed premises”, “on-licence”, and “off-licence” of the following: “(whether granted on production or without production of a certificate of the Circuit Court or the District Court)”. |
