STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1942. No. 363.

VOCATIONAL EDUCATION ACT, 1930 (APPLICATION OF PART V TO LIMERICK CITY) ORDER, 1942.

WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection (1) of section 60 of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), that the Minister for Education may, either on the application of the vocational education committee or on his own motion, make an order declaring that a vocational education area or any particular part of a vocational education area shall, as on and from the day specified in that behalf in such order, be a district to which Part V of the said Act applies :

NOW I, TOMÁS O DEIRG, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection(1) of section 60 of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), and of every and any other power, me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (Application of Part V to Limerick City) Order, 1942.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The vocational education area of the City of Limerick Vocational Education Committee shall, as on and from the 1st day of October, 1942, be a district to which Part V of the Vocational Education Act. 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), applies.
