OFFENCES AGAINST THE STATE ACT, 1939 (MILITARY CUSTODY) (AMENDMENT) (No. 4) REGULATIONS, 1942.

I, OSCAR TRAYNOR, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (4) of Section 50 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939 (No. 13 of 1939), do hereby make the following regulations, that is to say:—

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Offences Against the State Act, 1939 (Military Custody) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations, 1942.

(2) The Offences Against the State Act, 1939 (Military Custody) Regulations, 1939 and 1940 and these Regulations may be cited together as the Offences Against the State Act, 1939 (Military Custody) Regulations, 1939 to 1942.

2. The Offences Against the State Act, 1939 (Military Custody) Regulations, 1939 (Statutory Rules and Orders No. 288 of 1939), are hereby amended by the insertion in Appendix I to the said Regulations of the following, that is to say:—

At A.—" Military Detention Barracks, Custume Barracks, Athlone."

At B.—" The Barrack Hospital, Custume Barracks, Athlone."

and the said Regulations shall be construed and have effect accordingly.
