THE GAS FUND (CONTRIBUTION) ORDER, 1942.

THE GAS FUND (CONTRIBUTION) ORDER, 1942, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE 23rd DAY OF MARCH, 1942, PURSUANT TO SECTION 7 OF THE GAS REGULATION ACT, 1920, AS AMENDED BY THE GAS REGULATION ACT, 1928 .

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 7 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, as amended by the Gas Regulation Act, 1928 , the Minister for Industry and Commerce hereby prescribes as follows, that is to say :—

1. The rate at which the contribution to the gas fund shall be payable for the year 1942, shall be two shillings and eight pence for each million cubic feet of gas sold during the year 1941.

2. Such contribution shall be paid on or before the 30th June, 1942, by cheque or money order made payable to the Accountant, Department of Industry and Commerce, Lord Edward Street, Dublin.

3. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Gas Fund (Contribution) Order, 1942.
