STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1942. No. 28.

CREAMERY BUTTER (PROHIBITION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1939 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1942.

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 31 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may, whenever and so often as he thinks it expedient so to do, by order prohibit the exportation from Éire (either generally or to any particular country or countries) on or after a specified date of butter and may at any time by order revoke any such order.

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Creamery Butter (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1939 (Revocation) Order, 1942.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. The Creamery Butter (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1939 ( S. R. & O. No. 333 of 1939 ) is revoked as on and from the 5th day of February, 1942.
