CREAMERY BUTTER (LEVY) (No. 3) ORDER, 1941.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Creamery Butter (Levy) (No. 3) Order, 1941.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Creamery Butter (Levy) (No. 2) Order, 1941 ( S. R. & O. No. 184 of 1941 ), as amended by the Creamery Butter (Levy) (Amending) Order, 1941 ( S. R. & O. No. 266 of 1941 ), is revoked as on and from the 1st day of September, 1941.

4. In this Order—

the expression " butter box " means a 56 lb. box in which creamery butter has been sold,

the expression " butter (wholesale) dealer " means a person who carries on the business of selling creamery butter by wholesale only.

5. The rate of levy on creamery butter packed in butter boxes, which is sold on or after the 1st day of September, 1941, otherwise than to a butter (wholesale) dealer or the proprietor of a creamery, shall be 1/- per cwt.
