STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1941. No. 297.

BULK CREAM (LEVY) (No. 4) ORDER, 1936 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1941.

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 18 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935) that the Minister for Agriculture may from time to time by Order make regulations prescribing the rates of levy under Part III of the said Act on milk products and may at any time by Order revoke any such Order.

NOW I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations :

1. This Order may be cited as the Bulk Cream (Levy) (No. 4) Order, 1936 (Revocation) Order, 1941.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. The Bulk Cream (Levy) (No. 4) Order, 1936 (Statutory Rules and Orders No. 377 of 1936) is revoked as on and from the 1st day of June, 1941.
