Neutrality (War Damage To Property) Act, 1941

Exclusion of injuries to which this Act applies from the provisions of the Criminal Injuries Acts.

23.—No compensation shall be payable by or recoverable from the corporation of a county or other borough or the council of a county or an urban district in respect of an injury to which this Act applies and accordingly the Criminal Injuries Acts shall not apply or have effect in relation to an injury to which this Act applies.
