Amendment of section 44 of the Act of 1939. |
6.—(1) The reference in section 44 of the Act of 1939 to carcases shall be construed as including references to offals of pigs. | |
(2) This section shall be deemed to have come into operation on and shall have effect as on and from the 1st day of January, 1940. |
