STREET TRADING (CITY OF DUBLIN) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1938.

WHEREAS it is enacted by section 13 of the Street Trading Act, 1926 (No. 15 of 1926), that the Minister for Justice may by order make regulations for certain purposes therein specified :

NOW, I, PATRICK RUTTLEDGE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Street Trading Act, 1926 (No. 15 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows :—

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Street Trading (City of Dublin) (Amendment) Regulations, 1938.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 1939.

(3) These Regulations, the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 63 of 1926), the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926, Amendment Order, 1929 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 18 of 1929), the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926, Amendment Order, 1930 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 90 of 1930) and the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, Amendment Order, 1932 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 110 of 1932), may be cited together as the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926 to 1938.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.

3. The Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926, shall be construed and have effect as though, in clause 3 thereof and in sub-note 5 of Form II in the Schedule thereto, the words " Henry Place " were inserted after the words " Henry Street ".
