SHEEP SCAB (LEITRIM AND CAVAN) (AMENDMENT) ORDER. 1938.

ORDER OF THE MINISTER FOR AGRICULTURE.

(DATED 29TH JULY, 1938.)

The Minister for Agriculture, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the joint operation of the Agricultural Act, 1931 (No. 8 of 1931), and the Diseases of Animals (Ireland) Acts, 1894 to 1938, and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows:—

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Sheep Scab (Leitrim and Cavan) (Amendment) Order, 1938.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1938.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. Articles 4 and 9 of the Sheep Scab (Leitrim and Cavan) Order, 1938 (Statutory Rules and Orders No. 99 of 1938) are hereby revoked.
