FOREIGN ANIMALS ORDER OF 1931 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1938.

The Minister for Agriculture, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the joint operation of the Agriculture Act, 1931 (No. 8 of 1931), and of the Diseases of Animals (Ireland) Acts, 1894 to 1935, and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Foreign Animals Order of 1931 (Amendment) Order, 1938.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Foreign Animals Order of 1931 (Statutory Rules and Orders No. 9 of 1931), shall be construed and have effect as if the Channel Islands were excluded from the First Schedule to that Order.
