5.—(1) Sub-section (2) of Section 7 of the Act of 1928 is hereby amended by the substitution of the word “three” for the word “two”, and the said sub-section shall be construed and have effect accordingly.
(2) The reference in sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Act of 1928 to the Act of 1928 shall be construed as including a reference to this present Act.
