Financial Resolutions to which this Act applies.

2.—This Act applies to the seven Financial Resolutions which—
|
|
| |
(a) were passed by Dáil Eireann in Committee on Finance on the 12th day of May, 1938, and
|
|
| |
(b) were given statutory effect under the Act of 1927, and
|
|
| |
(c) were agreed to (subject, in the case of No. 3 of the said Resolutions, to one amendment) by Dáil Eireann on the 25th day of May, 1938.
