CONTROL OF IMPORTS (QUOTA No. 19) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1937.

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 11 of the Control of Imports Act, 1934 (No. 12 of 1934), that the Executive Council may at any time by order revoke any quota order previously made under the said Act :

AND WHEREAS on 18th day of June, 1935, the Executive Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 3 of the said Act, made the Control of Imports (Quota No. 19) Order, 1935 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 158 of 1935) :

NOW, the Executive Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 11 of the Control of Imports Act, 1934 (No. 12 of 1934), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Imports (Quota No. 19) (Revocation) Order, 1937.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The Control of Imports (Quota No. 19) Order, 1935 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 158 of 1935), is hereby revoked.

4. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1937.
