THE INLAND POST AMENDMENT (No. 32) WARRANT, 1937.

Dated: 31st May, 1937.

I, the Minister for Finance of the Irish Free State, in exercise of all powers vested in me by the Post Office Acts, 1908 to 1937, the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 , the Minister and Secretaries Act, 1924, and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf do, by this Warrant under my hand, made on the representation of the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs (testified by his signing the same), order, direct and declare as follows:—

1. This Warrant shall be read as one with the Inland Post Warrant 1903, and all Warrants amending the same.

2. On and from the date on which this Warrant comes into operation there shall be charged and paid the following rates of postage, that is to say:—

On every printed packet not exceeding two ounces in weight, one halfpenny, and for every additional two ounces or fraction of two ounces, up to two pounds, one halfpenny.

3. On and from the date on which this Warrant comes into operation the Inland Post Amendment (No. 24) Warrant, 1922, is hereby repealed. Provided that—

Where any provision of any Warrant has been repealed by the said Warrant hereby repealed, such repeal shall not be affected by the repeal affected by this Warrant.

4. This Warrant may be cited as the Inland Post Amendment (No. 32) Warrant, 1937.

5. This Warrant shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1937.
