THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT (PARTS VI AND VII) (FEES) REGULATIONS, 1937.

ROAD TRAFFIC ACT, 1933 .

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by Sections 81 , 82 , 88 , 95 , 109 and 113 of the Road Traffic Act, 1933 , does hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, make the following regulations, that is to say :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Act (Parts VI and VII) (Fees) Regulations, 1937.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 , applies to the interpretation of these Regulations as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The fee to be paid to the Commissioner of the Gárda Síochána in respect of any of the matters referred to in the first column of the schedule to these Regulations shall be the amount set out in the second column of the said schedule opposite the said matter.
