Amendment of section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925. |
1.— Section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), as amended by section 1 of the Fisheries Act, 1935 (No. 34 of 1935), is hereby amended in the following respects and shall be construed and have effect accordingly, that is to say:— | |
(a) by the insertion in sub-section (6) of the said section 13 of the word “twenty-three” in lieu of the word “eleven” now contained therein; | ||
(b) by the insertion in sub-section (7) of the said section 13 of the word “twenty-four” in lieu of the word “twelve” now contained therein; and | ||
(c) by the insertion in sub-section (9) of the said section 13 of the word “twenty-three” in lieu of the word “eleven” now contained therein. |
