Dissolution of the Board and abolition of office of Secretary to the Board.

3.—Upon the appointed day the following provisions shall have effect by virtue of this section, that is to say:—

(a) the Board shall become and be dissolved;

(b) the office of secretary, created by section 14 of the Principal Act, to the Board shall become and be abolished;

(c) the holder, immediately before the appointed day, of the said office of secretary shall cease to hold that office.
