20/02/1936: ORDER MADE BY THE REVENUE COMMISSIONERS,

DATED 20th FEBRUARY, 1936.

The Revenue Commissioners hereby revoke as from the nineteenth day of February, 1936, the Exportation of Cattle of all classes (Entry) Order, dated 3rd October, 1932, and the Exportation of Horses of all classes (Entry) Order, dated 6th November, 1933, which were made under Section 139 of the Customs Consolidation Act, 1876.

EXPORTATION OF CATTLE AND HORSES.

1. Collection and Officers concerned are informed that the Commissioners have made an Order (see Appendix) revoking as from 19th February, 1936, the Pre-Entry Orders made under Section 139 of the Customs Consolidation Act, 1876, in respect of exportations of cattle and horses.

2. General Orders Nos. 179/1932 and 119/1933 are hereby cancelled and the relative Public Notices (Nos. 112 and 142) are to be withdrawn from circulation forthwith.
