UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE (COLLECTION OF CONTRIBUTIONS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1936.

THE UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE (COLLECTION OF CONTRIBUTIONS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1936, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE 13TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1936, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT, 1920.

WHEREAS it is desirable to amend the Unemployment Insurance (Collection of Contributions) Regulations, 1920 (hereinafter referred to as ";the Principal Regulations";) :

NOW THEREFORE the Minister for Industry and Commerce in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1920, and of all and every other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby makes the following Regulations for amending the Principal Regulations, that is to say—

1. At the end of paragraph (1) of Regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations there shall be added the words :—

" provided that a person shall not be deemed to have properly applied for a book unless he furnishes such evidence of age as the Minister may direct ".

2. These Regulations may be cited as the Unemployment Insurance (Collection of Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations, 1936.
