MILK AND DAIRIES (PROHIBITION 0RDER) REGULATIONS, 1936.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 15 and sub-section (3) of Section 41 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 , by this his order makes the following regulations, that is to say:—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Milk and Dairies (Prohibition Order) Regulations, 1936.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 , shall apply for the purposes of the interpretation of these regulations in the same manner in which it applies for the purposes of the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. Every prohibition order made under Section 41 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 , shall be in the form set forth in the Schedule to these regulations.

from selling or allowing any other person to sell milk from [note (a)]

for human consumption in the form of milk from and after the service of this Order and until it is withdrawn or annulled.
