NON-CREAMERY BUTTER (BOUNTY) (No. 2) ORDER, 1936.

WHEREAS it is enacted by section 34 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may from time to time by order make regulations prescribing the rates of bounty under Part VII of the said Act on non-creamery butter and may at any time revoke or amend any such order and may prescribe the date on which any particular rate of bounty shall come into force :

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Non-Creamery Butter (Bounty) (No. 2) Order, 1936.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The Non-Creamery Butter (Bounty) Order, 1936 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 117 of 1936), is revoked as on and from the 1st day of August, 1936.

4. The rate of bounty on non-creamery butter shall be eight shillings the hundredweight, and such rate shall come into force as on and from the 1st day of August, 1936.
