INLAND WRITTEN TELEGRAMS.

THE TELEGRAPH (INLAND WRITTEN TELEGRAM) AMENDMENT (No. 3) WARRANT, DATED 29TH JUNE, 1936.

I, GERALD BOLAND, T.D., Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, Saorstát Eireann, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, Saorstát Eireann, do by virtue of the power vested in me by the Telegraph Acts, 1863 to 1928 and of every other power enabling me in this behalf, hereby make the following Regulation:—

1. This Warrant shall be read and construed as one with the Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) Regulations, 1920, dated 31st August, 1920 (hereinafter called the "Principal Warrant"), and all Regulations amending the same.

2. On and from the date as from which this Warrant comes into operation Regulation No. 7 (1) of the Principal Warrant shall be read as if the sum of 3d. were inserted therein instead of the sum of 6d.

3. This Warrant may be cited as the Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) Amendment (No. 3) Warrant, 1936.

4. This Warrant shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1936.
