LOCAL OFFICES AND EMPLOYMENTS (AMENDMENT)ORDER, 1936.

DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT

AND PUBLIC HEALTH.

THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS)

ACT, 1923.

WHEREAS by the Local Offices and Employments Order, 1924. (hereinafter referred to as "the Principal Order"), the Minister for Local Government and Public Health did. in pursuance of Section 15 of the Local Government (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1923 , apply the provisions of the said section to the offices and employments set out in the Schedule to the Principal Order, and did make certain regulations with respect to the said offices and employments:

AND WHEREAS the Principal Order has been amended by the Orders the titles of which are set out in the Schedule to this Order:

AND WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Principal Order by excluding from its operation the office or employment hereinafter mentioned:

NOW THEREFORE, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers vested in him by Section 15 of the Local Government (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1923 , and of all other powers in this behalf enabling him, does by this his Order order and direct as follows, that is to say:—

1. This Order may be cited and referred to as the Local Offices and Employments (Amendment) Order, 1936.

2. The Principal Order, the Orders the titles of which are set out in the Schedule to this Order and this Order shall be read as one Order, and may be cited collectively as the Local Offices and Employments Orders, 1924 to 1936.

3. The Provisions of the Principal Order shall as from the date hereof cease to apply to the office or employment of Lay Inspector under the Warble Fly (Treatment of Cattle) Order, 1936.
