(APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1936.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 2 of the National Health Insurance Act, 1933 , hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the National Health Insurance (Appointed Day) Order, 1936.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 , shall apply to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. In this Order unless the context otherwise requires, the expression "the Act" means the National Health Insurance Act, 1933 .

4. The appointed day for the purposes of the Act shall be the 14th July, 1936.
