GALWAY HARBOUR ACT, 1935 (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER 1936.

GALWAY HARBOUR ACT, 1935 , (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1936, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE SEVENTH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1936, PURSUANT TO THE POWERS CONFERRED ON HIM BY THE GALWAY HARBOUR ACT, 1935 .

In pursuance of the powers conferred on him by the Galway Harbour Act, 1935 , and of all other powers him in this behalf enabling the Minister for Industry and Commerce hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Galway Harbour Act, 1935 , (Appointed Day) Order, 1936.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 , applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The first day of April, 1936, is hereby fixed as the appointed day within the meaning of Section 2 of the Galway Harbour Act, 1935 .
