25/01/1935: Order made by the Revenue Commissioners dated 24th January, 1935.

The Commissioners hereby revoke as from the first of January, 1935, the Exportation of Sheep and Lambs (Entry) Order, 1933, dated 29th April, 1933, made under section 139 of the Customs Consolidation Act, 1876.

EXPORTATION OF SHEEP AND LAMBS.

1. Collectors and Officers concerned are informedthat the Commissioners have made an Order (see Appendix) cancelling as from 1st January, 1935, the Exportation of Sheep and Lambs (Entry) Order, 1933, which required due entry and clearance before shipment of sheep and lambs exported on or after 1st May, 1933.

2. General Order No. 38/1933 is hereby cancelled, and the relative Public Notice (No. 120) is to be withdrawn from circulation forthwith.
