AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) (WHEAT GROWING AND FEEDING STUFFS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1935.

WHEREAS the Minister for Agriculture is empowered by Part IV of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933), to make by order regulations in relation to the several matters and things which are the subject of these regulations:

AND WHEREAS in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the said Part IV the said Minister made the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Wheat Growing and Feeding Stuffs) Regulations, 1933 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 57 of 1933):

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Part IV of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order and make the following regulations, that is to say:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Wheat Growing and Feeding Stuffs) (Amendment) Regulations, 1935.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of these Regulations in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. In these Regulations, the expression " the Principal Regulations" means the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Wheat Growing and Feeding Stuffs) Regulations, 1933 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 57 of 1933.)

4.—(1)Every registered wheat dealer shall within seven days after the expiration of the month of November, 1935, and every subsequent month furnish to the Minister for Agriculture a return, in the Form A.P.C.25 in the Schedule hereto, giving in respect of such month the particulars indicated in that form.

(2) Sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 6 of the Principal Regulations shall cease to apply in respect of the month of November, 1935, and every subsequent month.

5.—(1) For the purposes of sub-section (2) of Section 57 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 ) No. 7 of 1933), the records required by that section to be kept by every registered wheat dealer shall be in the Form A.P.C.26 in the Schedule hereto, and the particulars to be entered therein shall be those indicated in the said Form.

(2) Sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph 8 of the Principal Regulations is hereby revoked.

6. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of November, 1935.
