PORTAL INSPECTION ORDER OF 1935.

ORDER OF THE MINISTER FOR AGRICULTURE

(Dated 17th June, 1935).

The Minister for Agriculture, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the joint operation of the Agriculture Act, 1931 (No. 8 of 1931), and of the Diseases of Animals (Ireland) Acts, 1894 to 1934, and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Portal Inspection Order of 1935, and shall be construed as one with the Portal Inspection Order of 1924.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The Portal Inspection Order of 1924 shall be read and have effect as if the yard at Dublin Port belonging to the London, Midland and Scottish Railway Company, described in the Schedule to this Order, were substituted for the yard at Dublin Port belonging to the same Company, described in the First Schedule to that Order.

SCHEDULE.

The yard, with concrete floor, belonging to the London, Midland and Scottish Railway Company, situated in North Dock Ward, in the City of Dublin, entered from Upper Mayor Street, and having exit leading to North Wall Quay.
