STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1934. No. 360.

AIR NAVIGATION (COLLECTION OF FEES) ORDER, 1934.

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 2 of the Public Offices Fees Act, 1879, as adapted by or under the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 (No. 2 of 1922), that the fees payable in any public office shall be collected either in money or by means of stamps, or partly in one way and partly in the other way, according as may be from time to time directed by order of the Minister for Finance:

AND WHEREAS the office of the Minister for Industry and Commerce is a public office within the meaning of the said Act:

AND WHEREAS the fees payable under paragraph 87 and the Second Schedule of the Air Navigation (General) Regulations, 1930 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 26 of 1930), are payable in the said office:

NOW, the Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 2 of the Public Offices Fees Act, 1879, as adapted by or under the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 (No. 2 of 1922), and of any and every other power him in this behalf enabling hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Air Navigation (Collection of Fees) Order, 1934.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1889, applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas passed before the 1st day of January, 1924.

3. The fees payable in the office of the Minister for Industry and Commerce under paragraph 87 and the Second Schedule of the Air Navigation (General) Regulations, 1930 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 26 of 1930), shall be collected in money.
