ORDER VARYING THE GAME BIRDS PROTECTION (No. 3) ORDER, 1933.

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 6 of the Game Preservation Act, 1930 (No. 11 of 1930), that, whenever the Minister for Justice is satisfied that any particular species of game bird is in special need of protection in Saorstát Eireann, he may by order prohibit for any specified period, not exceeding one year from the date of the order, the killing or taking of that particular species of game bird in Saorstát Eireann, and that the said Minister may at any time by order vary in any respect any such Order as aforesaid:

AND WHEREAS the Game Birds Protection (No. 3) Order, 1933 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 131 of 1933), was made by the Minister for Justice under the said section:

NOW, I, P. J. RUTTLEDGE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 6 of the Game Preservation Act, 1930 (No. 11 of 1930), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby vary the said Game Birds Protection (No. 3) Order, 1933, by substituting in the Schedule thereto the date "the 30th day of September, 1934," for the date "the 31st day of October, 1934," now contained in the said Schedule.
