REGISTER OF AGREEMENTS UNDER THE WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION ACT, 1934. REGULATIONS, 1934.

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 45 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1934 (No. 9 of 1934), that as soon as conveniently may be after the passing of the said Act a register to be called and known as the Register of Agreements under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1934 , shall be set up in every Circuit Court Office and shall be thenceforward there kept and maintained in accordance with regulations made by the Minister for Justice ;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PATRICK J. RUTTLEDGE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 45 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1934 (No. 9 of 1934), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby make the following regulations, that is to say :—

1. These Regulations may be cited for all purposes as the Register of Agreements under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1934 , Regulations, 1934.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of these Regulations in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. In these Regulations the word " the Register " means the Register of Agreements under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1934 (No. 9 of 1934).

4. The Register shall be in the form set out in the Schedule hereto.

5. The County Registrar shall enter in the Register kept in his Circuit Court Office every agreement sent to him for registration under Part VI of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1934 , and such other relevant particulars in relation to proceedings under the said Act in respect of such agreement as are indicated in the form set out in the Schedule hereto.
