Powers of Restricting Export of Cattle and Sheep.

Export prohibition orders.

29.—(1) The Minister may, if and whenever he thinks proper, by order prohibit the export of cattle or of any particular grade or class of cattle.

(2) The Minister may, if and whenever he thinks proper, by order prohibit the export of sheep or of any particular grade or class of sheep.

(3) Orders made under either of the foregoing sub-sections of this section are in this section are in this Act referred to as export prohibition orders.

(4) The Minister may at any time by order amend or revoke an export prohibition order.
