Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

the expression “the Minister” means the Minister for Agriculture;

the word “prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Minister under this Act;

the expression “the register” means the Register of Charges by Agricultural Co-operative Societies kept in pursuance of this Act.
