RIVER LAUNE CLOSE SEASON BY-LAW No. C.S. 88, 1933.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by an Order made on the 24th day of November, 1933, by The Hon. Mr. Justice FitzGibbon, The Hon. Mr. Justice Meredith and the Hon. Mr. Justice Johnston, as a Court constituted pursuant to Section 28 (4) of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), in a Matter entitled:—

"In the Matter of the Fisheries Act, 1925 .

On the Application of Michael Dodd, Maurice John de Courcy Dodd, Alfred de Courcy Dodd, Henry William Dodd, Christopher Power, Gwendolin Ronayne, May Ronayne, James Ronayne and K.R.D. Fisheries, Limited,

Appellants."

IT WAS ORDERED that the By-Law No. C.S. 88—1933, made concerning the No. 71 or Killarney District on the 15th day of September, 1933, and entitled " River Laune, its Lakes and Tributaries Close Season " be and the same was thereby annulled, AND IT WAS BY THE SAID ORDER DIRECTED that the said Order should be published and that copies thereof should be deposited in like manner as By-Laws made by the Minister under Section 28 of the Fisheries Act, 1925 , are required by that Section to be published and deposited.
