The Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 1 of the Superannuation (Prison Officers) Act, 1919, as adapted by the Superannuation (Prison Officers) Act, 1919, Adaptation Order, 1933, does by this his Order, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, prescribe that the Superannuation Acts, 1834 to 1914, shall in their application to officers of criminal lunatic asylums of the classes specified in the Schedule hereunto annexed have effect subject to the modifications specified in the said first mentioned Act.
