The Housing Of The Working Classes Acts (Forms) Order, 1932 (Amendment) Act, 1933.

THE HOUSING OF THE WORKING CLASSES ACTS (FORMS) ORDER, 1932 (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1933.

WHEREAS in pursuance of section 45 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1931 , the Minister for Local Government and Public Health did by the Housing of the Working Classes Acts (Forms) Order, 1932, prescribe the forms to be used in connection with the powers and duties of a local authority under the Housing of the Working Classes Acts, 1890 to 1931:

AND WHEREAS by reason of the passing of the Housing (Financial and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1932 , it is expedient to amend in certain respects the forms prescribed by the above mentioned Order:

NOW THEREFORE, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 45 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1931 , and of all powers in this behalf enabling him, does by this his Order, make the following regulations, that is to say:

1. This Order may be cited as the Housing of the Working Classes Acts (Forms) (Amendment) Order, 1933.

2. The amendments specified in the second column of the Schedule to this Order shall be made on the forms prescribed by the Housing of the Working Classes Acts (Forms) Order, 1932, the numbers of which are set out in the first column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Number of form in Schedule to Housing of the Working Classes Acts (Forms) Order, 1932.		Manner and extent of amendment.
1.	Form No. 14.	1. Omit the words "the Minister for Local Government and Public Health" in the third paragraph and substitute the word "themselves." Omit the note at the foot of the form indicated by an asterisk.
2.	Forms Nos. 14 and 23.	2. Omit the words "in accordance with the requirements of section 14 of the said Act" in the third paragraph and substitute therefor the words "in advance of the displacements that will from time to time become necessary as the clearance of the area proceeds."
3.	Form No. 15.	Omit the final paragraph.
4.	Form Nos. 17, 22, 26 and 30.	4. Substitute the words "three weeks" for the words "six weeks" in the final paragraph.
5.	Forms Nos. 21, 25 and 29.	5. Omit references to "mortgagees" and "mortgagee".
