THE ROAD TRANSPORT (VEHICLE PLATE ISSUING STATIONS) ORDER, 1933.

THE ROAD TRANSPORT (VEHICLE PLATE ISSUING STATIONS) ORDER, 1933, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE 19th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1933, PURSUANT TO SECTION 10 of THE ROAD TRANSPORT ACT, 1933 .

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 10 of the Road Transport Act, 1933 , that the Minister for Industry and Commerce may, after consultation with the Commissioner of the Gárda Síochána, from time to time by order appoint such and so many Gárda Síochána stations as he thinks proper to be vehicle plate issuing stations for the purposes of Part II of the said Act :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in the exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 10 of the Road Transport Act, 1933 , and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, and after consultation with the Commissioner of the Gárda Síochána, by this Order appoints the Gárda Síochána stations situate in the following places to be vehicle plate issuing stations for the purposes of Part II of the said Act :—

Bandon.

Ennis.

Portlaoighise.

Bray.

Galway.

Roscommon.

Castlebar.

Letterkenny.

Sligo.

Union Quay, Cork.

William Street, Limerick.

Thurles.

Ann St., Drogheda.

Monaghan.

Tralee.

Pearse Street (Carriage Office), Dublin.

Mullingar.

Waterford.

Naas.

George's Street, Wexford.

This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Road Transport (Vehicle plate issuing Stations) Order, 1933.
