Definition of specified proportion.
|
3.—The specified proportion for the purposes of this Act of the specified valuation of any agricultural land shall be that amount of such specified valuation which bears to such specified valuation the same proportion as the grant payable under this Act to the council of the county or urban district in which such agricultural land is situate bears to the aggregate amount of all the specified valuations of agricultural land in such county or urban district.
