TIDAL AND FRESHWATER DEFINITION OF POTTERS RIVER COUNTY WICKLOW

I, FIONÁN Ó LOINGSIGH, Minister for Lands and Fisheries, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in me by the Fisheries Act, 1925 , and of every other power enabling me in this behalf, do hereby define and mark out the boundary between the tidal and freshwater portions of Potters River in the No. 2 or Wexford District to be a line drawn across the River at right angles to its course from a point in the Townland of Brittas, Parish of Dunganstown, Barony of Arklow and County of Wicklow, 317 yards measured in a straight line downstream from the eastern face of Brittas Bridge.
