DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927. VARIATION ORDER, No. 31.

I, JAMES FITZGERALD-KENNEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Sub-Section 3 of Section 47, of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows:—

1. The Schedule to the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103) is hereby varied as follows:—

Part I.	Cork	Bantry	Delete the figures and letters "12.30 p.m." and insert in lieu thereof "12 noon."

2. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order No. 31), and shall come into operation on the 1st day of December, 1931.
