THE PUBLIC BODIES (DUBLIN) ORDER, 1931.

In pursuance of the powers vested in him by the Local Government Acts, 1925 and 1927, and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health hereby orders as follows, that is to say :—

1.—(1) This Order may be referred to as " the Public Bodies (Dublin) Order, 1931."

(2) The Public Bodies Orders, 1925 to 1930, and this Order shall be read as one Order and may be referred to collectively as " the Public Bodies Orders, 1925 to 1931."

2. Articles 92 to 109 inclusive of the Public Bodies Order, 1925, as amended by any subsequent Order, shall cease to have effect in the County Borough of Dublin.
