WEIGHTS AND MEASURES (Glass Measures) REGULATIONS, 1931.

WEIGHTS AND MEASURES (GLASS MEASURES) REGULATIONS 1931, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE 26TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1931, PURSUANT TO THE WEIGHTS AND MEASURES ACTS 1878 TO 1928.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce pursuant to the powers conferred on him by the Weights and Measures Acts 1878 to 1928 and all other powers in that behalf enabling him hereby makes the following Regulations :—

(1.) These Regulations may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Glass Measures) Regulations, 1931.

(2.) These Regulations shall come into force on the date of the making thereof.

(3.) The allowances for error in excess permissible on verification and inspection in respect of glass measures of the capacities herein specified shall be as follows :—

Table 2 of Schedule 2 of the Weights and Measures (General) Regulations 1928 is hereby amended accordingly.
