THE POOR RELIEF (DUBLIN) ACT, 1929.

WHEREAS by sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Poor Relief (Dublin) Act, 1929 (hereinafter referred to as " the Act "), it is enacted in effect that the Act shall come into operation on a day to be prescribed by the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, not being later than fourteen days from the passing of the Act:

NOW, I, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the power vested in me as aforesaid, do hereby prescribe the Third day of January, 1930, as the day on which the Act shall come into operation.

Given under my Official Seal, this Second day of January, in the Year of Our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty.
