DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927: VARIATION ORDER No. 13.

I, James FITZGERALD-KENNEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows, that is to say :—

1. The District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103) is hereby varied as follows, viz. :—

In Part I of the Schedule :—

(a) delete all reference to the Court at Drumlish in County Longford and the corresponding Court Area

(b) (1) include in the Court Area of Granard in the same County the District Electoral Division of Drumgort and (2) include in the Court Area of Longford the District Electoral Divisions of Ballinamuck East, Ballinamuck West, Drumlish and Killoe being the District Electoral Divisions hitherto included in the Drumlish Court Area.

In Part II of the Schedule :—

(a) delete all reference to the District Electoral Division of Rathcline in the Ballymahon District Court Area ;

(b) include in the Longford District Court Area the District Electoral Division of Rathcline.

2. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order No, 13), and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1930.
