Amendment of the Principal Act.

Amendment of section 3 of the Principal Act.

3.— Section 3 of the Principal Act shall not apply to eggs carried or driven by a farmer or his servants from Saorstát Eireann into Northern Ireland in the course of his business as a farmer.
